Last week, HANCOCK's 2019 Summer Associates concluded their program with final presentations to the entire firm. These presentations highlighted their achievements, newly acquired skills, and tangible results from the summer. During a day-long retreat, HANCOCK's executives and 40+ team members listened as interns shared insights from client collaborations, internal projects, and technical training (Excel/Access/Power BI/SQL). Founding partner Wes HANCOCK and colleagues engaged with each presenter, offering feedback and questions. The team later celebrated at Steak48, recognizing the interns' contributions and growth. Interns deliver value to Fortune 500 clients while honing consulting skills through real-world projects - from $100M+ negotiations to European supplier evaluations and $150M+ savings implementations. These hands-on challenges develop essential capabilities for tomorrow's top-tier consultants.
