• Trevor’s client projects have covered Asia, Europe, Australia, South America, and North America. He has deep experience in operational supply chain management and due diligence, leading product outsourcing, international make vs. buy efforts, and supporting companies establishing operations in Asia. His work has contributed to generating over $1.8 billion in equity value for private equity firms and more than $575 million in realized savings for multinational corporations.
• Internationally, Trevor lived and worked in Europe for seven years and spent over two years residing in Shanghai. There, he supported clients and led projects in four key areas: building Asian Procurement Organizations (APO); executing post-merger integrations (PMI); teaching eight certified global supply chain courses; and leading supplier development and innovation teams in Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), while also driving continuous process and operational improvements focused on highly engineered industrial and consumer products.

Professional background

More than 20 years of experience in global supply chain and international procurement. Before joining HANCOCK, Trevor served as Managing Director at PRGX Global, Director at Alaris Consulting (acquired by PricewaterhouseCoopers), Manager at HANCOCK Associates & Allied Capital, and Financial Analyst at VitalCast.com, now known as WebMD.
